For over thirty years I have been building software, teams, and the structures that hold them together. For the past two, I have been building something different — Aether Teams, AI employees and the framework they run in, designed to compound meaning over time, reflect between conversations, and evolve alongside the people they work with.
Most of my recent thinking lives in essays; some of it is available for hire.

Aether Teams
Co-founder and CTO. A collaboration framework for hybrid teams composed of human and non-human members. Aether is the relational layer beneath the work: it carries context, reflects between sessions, and compounds knowledge that would otherwise scatter when people come and go.
Currently in pilot with Malam Team in Israel.
Alongside Aether, I take a limited amount of advisory work: technical due diligence for investors, architecture and engineering-organization reviews, and practical AI-adoption assessments for professional-services and SaaS firms. DevStreams
Scaling Software Delivery. Naturally. — a systems-design framework for scaling complex work, drawing on patterns from nature and chaos theory. Written solo in 2022, before generative AI changed the substrate. The thinking it began is the thinking I am still doing.

Thirty years of software, mostly behind the scenes. Planview / Clarizen (enterprise systems integration & work management, eleven years). Atriis Technologies (CTO, then VP Business Development). Xpert Information Systems (co-founder, VP R&D) — where I led the technology behind TheMarker, Israel's leading business publication, with architecture later adopted across the Haaretz Group. Before that, Amdocs, the Israeli Air Force (simulators), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University.
